Loops is provided by Thompson Whitney LLC, doing business as Advisory 9 ("Advisory 9", "we", "us"), a limited liability company registered in the United States. By creating an account or using Loops, you enter into an agreement with Advisory 9 on these terms. Questions about these terms can be sent to team@advisory9.com.
By accessing or continuing to use Loops you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised version.
You confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction. If you use Loops on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
Loops is a personal daily and weekly task planner. It lets you capture tasks (including by voice through Apple Shortcuts), sort them into lists such as Today, This Week and Upcoming, set a weekly focus, create recurring templates, and — on paid plans — have tasks automatically categorised and prioritised with the help of an AI model. Access is currently invite-only.
New monthly subscriptions begin with a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. Nothing is charged during the trial, and at the end of it the trial converts automatically into a paid monthly subscription at the then-current price unless you cancel before it ends. You can cancel at any time during the trial from the billing page inside the app, at no cost. Trials are limited to one per customer. The lifetime plan is a single payment and does not include a trial.
You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your password and any voice-capture token confidential, and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
You must not:
Paid plans use an AI model to suggest a Work/Home category and a priority score for the text you enter. These are suggestions only: they can be wrong, and you can override any of them. You are responsible for the content you enter, for checking any AI-generated result before relying on it, and for having the rights to any content you input. Loops is not a source of financial, legal, medical or other professional advice. We may filter, refuse or remove content, and may suspend accounts that use these features abusively.
Your tasks, notes and weekly focus remain yours. You grant us a limited licence to host, store and process that content solely so we can provide the service to you. We do not sell your content and we do not use it to train third-party models. Your data is separated from other users' data at the database level.
Advisory 9 retains all rights in the Loops software, design, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your chosen plan for the duration of that plan.
We work to keep Loops available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change, and maintenance or third-party outages may cause downtime. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Plan prices are shown in the app before you buy. Monthly plans renew automatically until cancelled; cancelling stops the next renewal and leaves your access running to the end of the period you have already paid for. The lifetime plan is a single payment.
Payment, billing, tax, invoicing, cancellation and refund mechanics are handled by Paddle under the Paddle Buyer Terms, which apply to your purchase alongside these terms.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms, if payment fails or is charged back, if there is a security or fraud risk, or if you repeatedly or seriously violate our acceptable use rules. You may stop using Loops at any time. On termination you may request an export of your data within 30 days, after which we may delete it.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including lost profits, lost data or lost goodwill. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, and disputes will be heard in the courts of that state. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
